You can choose a SIM (eSIM and SIM Card) valid for a single country or for an entire region (for example Europe, Asia, America, etc.).
SIM (eSIM and SIM Card) available for over 200 destinations worldwide.

You choose how long you want to surf without limits: from 1 to 90 days, depending on the country or region selected.
Upon request for non-Unlimited SIMs (eSIM and SIM Card), we can provide, as we are already doing, coverage for more than 1 month, such as 3 months or 6 months or 1 year, to which we apply a discount for 6 months or 1 year.

BLIVALE Unlimited eSIMs offer a minimum speed of 10 Mbps, so you can surf, work or watch videos without interruptions.
For non-Unlimited SIMs (eSIM and SIM Card), you can browse at maximum speed, there is no connection speed limit.
However, it often happens that the user does not check the APN which may be different from the one recommended when shipping the QR Code or SIM Card. It is recommended to check it

Most of the Unlimited BLIVALE eSIMs are of the PLUS type: they are activated automatically after scanning the QR code received via email.
Together with the QR code, you also receive instructions for setting the correct APN, which is necessary to connect to the local network.
Some smartphones may not configure the APN automatically: in this case, simply manually enter the data provided, turn the phone off and on again.
For non-Unlimited SIMs (eSIM and SIM Card), it is recommended to always check the APN that we provide with the SIM shipment.
For SIM Cards we can activate them directly one day in advance, as long as you communicate the activation date to us, usually 1 day before departure for the selected country or region.

It is important to provide a valid WhatsApp number and email to receive quick responses. BLIVALE does not respond to direct calls.

You will receive the QR code to activate your eSIM via email immediately after confirmation and payment of the order, in a few minutes and in any case within 24 hours.
SIM Cards are shipped the day after the order, on non-holiday days.
SIM Cards are received on average after 3-5 working days. There may be a delay of a few days in particular areas. We weigh the code and the link for shipment tracking.

No daily or monthly gigabyte limit: you can use as much data as you want in the chosen period.
However, as with all international providers, there is a Fair Use Policy: use must be personal and not abusive (no massive downloads, IPTV, continuous streaming).
In case of abnormal or incorrect use of the connection, BLIVALE does not suspend or deactivate the SIM. The local operator, however, could apply daily limits (e.g. use of 10GB at maximum speed, followed by a reduction to 1 Mbps for the rest of the day), with automatic restoration of the limit after 24 hours.
For customers who are traveling, we reiterate that this is a truly unlimited data plan for personal use. However, if used with MiFi devices or similar configurations (not related to travel needs), consumption becomes significantly higher, and the local operator could limit the speed accordingly.

Infinity SIMs (eSIM and SIM Card) have a GB usage for the selected period, as indicated in the SIM characteristics, and once reached, you navigate at a lower speed for the rest of the month.
Non-Infinity and non-Unlimited SIMs (eSIM and SIM Card) have a GB usage for the selected period, as indicated in the SIM characteristics.

BLIVALE eSIM Unlimited and SIM (eSIM and SIM Card) fully support the Hotspot function (only via Wi-Fi) and Tethering (any method: Wi-Fi, USB, Bluetooth), allowing you to share your data connection with other devices wherever you are. You can therefore transform your smartphone into a real portable Wi-Fi router, connecting laptops, tablets or other devices in a simple and secure way.
Please note that, if you connect multiple devices simultaneously via Hotspot and Tethering, the browsing speed may decrease because the connection is divided between all the connected devices. Furthermore, data consumption will increase proportionally to the number of connected devices, since each will use part of the available traffic.
This feature is particularly useful for those who travel or work on the move, but it is always recommended to monitor the connected devices to optimize the quality of the connection and better manage data consumption.

At the moment BLIVALE does not have its own dedicated autonomous app, but uses a specific APP to manage eSIM/SIM Card top-ups, check the remaining credit and use the DID numbers provided by BLIVALE to make and receive international calls.
Unlimited eSIMs and other specific eSIMs are not included in the APP provided with the order; for these eSIMs it is necessary to request from BLIVALE via WhatsApp, email or Telegram the current situation of the GB used and remaining (in the case of pay-as-you-go plans purchased), specifying the order number or the ICCID of the eSIM in question to allow a quick check of data consumption.
