BLIVALE's proven experience and international expansion consolidate its presence in the telecommunications sector.

Founded in 2017 in Tenerife,  BLIVALE has established itself as a benchmark in international connectivity for travelers and professionals on the go.  Following its recent expansion with the opening of BLIVALE LTD in London in 2024, the company continues its innovative journey in the telecommunications sector.

Recognized for its  advanced eSIM solutions and international eSIM offerings, BLIVALE has received prestigious awards confirming its leadership, including the "Best Global SIM Retailer 2025" award and the "Best CEO of the Year in Europe" award, awarded to  Lorenzo Bergamini  . In a context where borderless connectivity is increasingly essential, the company offers products such as unlimited international eSIMs, designed to meet the needs of a demanding global clientele. In the following interview,  Lorenzo Bergamini, CEO and founder of the company  , provides more details on this topic.

BLIVALE was founded in Tenerife in 2017 and recently expanded to London. What motivated this international expansion, and what opportunities does the British market offer?

The expansion into London represents a natural evolution of BLIVALE's global vision. The UK is a strategic hub for Europe and a mature market for eSIM technology, with a strong concentration of professionals in the mobility and travel sectors. BLIVALE's prospects are broad and diverse. The choice of Tenerife, combined with its presence in London, offers a unique combination: the agility and innovation of the Canary Islands with direct access to the British financial and technology market.

The company was named "Best Global SIM Card Reseller 2025," and its CEO has received numerous awards. What values and strategies do you think have driven this success?

The awards reflect BLIVALE's commitment to three key pillars: ease of use, global reliability, and price transparency. It has cemented its reputation by listening to travelers' real needs, eliminating technical complexity, and offering solutions that simply work. The Best Global Retailer award confirms that the market recognizes the value of a truly customer-centric approach. It's important to note that these awards aren't purchased, but are assigned by juries and research teams that evaluate the commitment, expertise, innovation, and results of European and global research.

How has the demand for eSIMs and international eSIM solutions evolved in recent years, especially among travellers and mobile professionals?

The last four years have seen a radical transformation. Remote working has created a new category of digital nomads who require reliable connectivity wherever they are. At the same time, awareness of  roaming costs  has driven occasional travelers to seek smarter solutions. Demand for international eSIMs is estimated to grow 300% between 2022 and today, with even more ambitious projections for the next two years.

BLIVALE offers unlimited international eSIMs. What differentiates these solutions from traditional offerings on the market?

While many competitors offer complex plans with hidden limitations, BLIVALE focuses on complete transparency. BLIVALE's unlimited eSIMs are truly unlimited: no hidden limits or additional hotspot fees. Plus, our platform allows activation in minutes and offers 24/7 multilingual support. The difference lies in eliminating frustration, not adding complex features.

How important is it for BLIVALE to ensure a secure and compliant connectivity experience, especially in the context of unlimited international eSIMs?

Security is paramount, especially for enterprise clients handling sensitive data. BLIVALE implements end-to-end encryption, strict GDPR compliance, and works exclusively with top-tier global providers. For BLIVALE, unlimited never means unprotected.

Which professional sectors or customer profiles show the greatest interest in international eSIM solutions?

Strong traction is observed in three segments: international consultants, digital content creators, and senior executives. These profiles share common needs: the need for immediate connectivity, less price-sensitive budgets, and a high intolerance for downtime. Vertical sectors such as telemedicine and logistics, where stable connectivity is essential, are also emerging.

A new award was recently announced, which will be officially announced in August: "Telecommunications Company of the Year." What does this award mean for BLIVALE and how will it influence your future projects?

This recognition comes at a perfect time for BLIVALE's growth. It not only validates its approach, but also accelerates its expansion plans. BLIVALE hopes to significantly increase its visibility among corporate clients and strategic partners, opening the door to collaborations that until recently were unthinkable for a company of its size.

BLIVALE's expansion took place in a highly competitive market. What were the main challenges you faced, and how did you overcome them?

The main challenge is competing with giants with  marketing budgets  100 times larger than ours. BLIVALE's response was to focus on underserved niches and build a superior customer experience that generated organic word-of-mouth. They invested heavily in customer success and strategic partnerships with industry influencers, gaining credibility through tangible results rather than massive campaigns.

What role does technological innovation play in BLIVALE's current offering, and how do you expect the eSIM offering to evolve in the coming years?

BLIVALE is developing AI-based solutions for data usage prediction and automatic network optimization. The goal is also to increase the adoption of eSIMs and SIM cards with both GB and unlimited capacity in additional countries and regions. The future of eSIMs will be seamlessly integrated into the customer's digital ecosystem: imagine eSIMs that activate automatically at  airport check-in  or dynamically adapt to the apps used.

Looking to the future, what are BLIVALE's main strategic objectives in the medium and long term?

Medium term: Reach 1 million active users and expand into 5 new European markets by the end of 2026. Long term: Become the leading brand in consumer and business mobile connectivity in Europe and beyond, with a focus on IoT integration and enterprise and digital nomad solutions. The goal is not only to grow, but also to evaluate numerous other solutions while maintaining the agility and customer focus that have distinguished them.

With a clear focus on innovation and service excellence,  BLIVALE continues to set the pace in the international connectivity sector  . The company's eSIM and international solutions meet the growing needs of a globalized market, where reliable and flexible connectivity has become a fundamental necessity. Under the leadership of Lorenzo Bergamini, the company is preparing to face new challenges and consolidate its presence as a point of reference in the international telecommunications sector.
